Wyoming Board of Examiners in Optometry

Licensees are required to submit forty (40) hours of continuing education every two years. Fifteen (15) of these forty (40) hours must be in systemic ocular therapeusis. Additionally, three (3) of these forty (40) hours must be in the responsible prescribing of opioids. This two year cycle ends on December 31 of odd years and every submission is audited.

All continuing education must be uploaded to ARBO's OE Tracker system, which is a service paid for entirely by the Wyoming Board of Examiners of Optometry. Licensees should read Chapter 3 of the Board's Rules for the complete continuing education requirements.

Licensees may earn 1 hour every two years (FOR FREE) by taking and passing the Board's jurisprudence examination. If you're interested, please email emily.cronbaugh@wyo.gov for access to this exam. Upon passage of this examination, Board staff will notify ARBO to upload this credit to OE Tracker.
