Foreign Graduate FAQs
Can the Wyoming Board of Examiners in Optometry sponsor me to sit for the National Board of Examiners in Optometry (NBEO) examinations if I hold a foreign degree?
No. W.S. 33-23-109(a) of the Board's law requires: "Any applicant for licensure under this act is required to pass the examination series administered by the National Board of Examiners in Optometry, or its successor agency, or any other examination specified by the board in rule.
