The Board's Practice Act , or Statute, can be found in Wyoming Statutes § 33-23-101 through -117. This document includes revisions made during the 2021 legislative session.
These amendments include an expanded scope of practice, prescriptive authority, and provide for other license requirements, such as the wearing of a photo ID name badge. All licensees are required to comply with these new requirements - it is imperative you read them.
If you have questions on HOW to comply with the law, please consult your own legal counsel. Board staff can only direct you to the requirements as written. Please do not contact board members, they cannot speak on behalf of the Board and all correspondence must be directed to Board staff.
